As you see each gift, you tell Volt if you like it, dislike it, or are unsure by using simple swipe gestures. Each gift has special qualities, and Volt uses your choices to figure out what you're looking for. He then tweaks his next suggestion based on what he's learned about your preferences.
Can I use Volt Gifts for any occasion?+
Absolutely! Volt can help you find a gift for any occasion. However, keep in mind that different gift categories might be better suited for certain situations. For example, if you're looking for a present for a pet or a newborn, the “Pets” or “Baby” collection is probably a better choice than the “Fitness” category.
What if I don't like any of the gifts Volt suggests?+
No worries! If you've seen a bunch of gifts and nothing's quite right, the best thing to do is hit the “Restart” button. This clears Volt's memory and lets you start fresh. Volt draws from a curated warehouse of gifts, using AI to summarize each item and suggest who it might be most appropriate for. Volt's smart learning system helps you discover the perfect present more naturally, presenting a wide range of products, including some you might not have considered on your own. While buttons are available, swiping provides a more natural and intuitive way to interact with Volt and find the perfect gift.
For example, if you show interest in men's clothing, Volt will prioritize similar items, but it might also suggest related products like fitness trackers if you seem interested in activewear.
